Base Run for 40-60 minutes. Reminder, we will be running a TT on Friday so if you can't make practice on Friday please attempt to run a TT on your own. This will let you know where you stand before break if your interested in nationals. |

Each 4 X 1 minute acceleration would consist of a 30 second build and then maintain that pace for 30 more seconds. Make sure to include some sort of cool down and stretching after the run |
