50 Minute Active Recovery/Base Piece (A.R. for those who ran tempo Monday)

15min Moderate
10min (Up Shift from "moderate gear" +1 or +2 depending on A.R. or Base)
15min gentle intervals (1min Spin Up, 2min easy. Repeat 5X)
10min (Up Shift from "moderate gear" +1 or +2 depending on A.R. or Base)
