Ready for this cop-out answer? There is no typical practice. The good news is that regardless of your experience, our workouts cater to individuals. Our performance director creates workouts for different groups of athletes to ensure they can complete them in a manner that will most benefit their training. Additionally, as the months pass and we near racing season, the workouts also change. Not sure you’re fit enough to complete one of our practices? That’s too bad, because we know you can! Just show up, we’ll happily work with you to come up with a meaningful workout that will help you advance as an athlete.
