Summer workout schedule

Postby dawesmic » Mon May 10, 2010 2:15 pm

Are people in E.L. for the summer interesting in making up some type of training schedule?

Post up if your interested and what times/ days you prefer for which kind of activities.

that sounds great! i'm open for whatever works for everyone.... it would be good to do stuff with people since i'm unmotivated at the moment, blah... the "normal" schedule is fine for me too... whatever works!
Mon. 6pm, ride
Tues., 6pm, swim*
Wed., 6pm, run
Thurs., 6pm, swim*
Fri., 6pm run
sat/sun i'm free too...
*the pool schedules are funky right now -- i know IM west (outside) opens 5/17, so maybe next week we can figure out pool schedules....

I'll be around all summer but my work schedule changes each week. So sometimes I train in the mornings and do double the fun in the evenings, and sometimes I'll knock one out before work and another after zee job. But always send me a text cuz I'm already getting bored of training alone.

I think Pringles original intention was to make tennis balls... but on the day the rubber was supposed to show up a truckload of potatoes came. Pringles is a laid-back company, so they just said, "F--- it, cut em up"
